Our Story

Built by someone who lived the problem

Vestri Advisory was founded by an IT leader who managed global infrastructure solo — and learned firsthand what happens when organizations lose control of their own technology.

Technology should serve your mission — not your MSP's revenue model.

Most IT service relationships are built on a fundamental conflict of interest. Your MSP earns more when they hold your contracts, bundle more services, and make it harder for you to leave. That's not partnership — that's dependency by design.

Vestri Advisory exists to dismantle that model. We help organizations take direct ownership of their technology infrastructure, establish vendor relationships on their own terms, and build right-sized IT capability that actually matches what they need.

We don't resell licenses. We don't earn vendor referral fees. Our only incentive is your outcome.

Vendor-neutral, always

We are structurally prohibited from earning vendor referral income. Our recommendations are never influenced by what we're paid to push.

Right-sized, not templated

Every engagement is built around your team's actual size, skillset, and capacity — not a package we need to sell.

Transparency as a default

You should know exactly what you're paying for, why, and what it would cost to change it. We build that clarity from day one.

Exit-friendly by design

We build every client engagement so that you could leave Vestri tomorrow and keep everything. That's what real partnership looks like.

Eric Egipciaco

Founder & Managing Director, Vestri Advisory

Eric built Vestri Advisory from a conviction formed over years of managing complex, global IT infrastructure — often as the only IT person in the room. Managing IT infrastructure across 46 countries — solo, without an MSP — taught him exactly what organizations give up when they outsource ownership. He built Vestri to give that ownership back.

He has navigated MSP transitions, cybersecurity deployments, cloud migrations, and full IT modernization programs — not as a consultant observing from the outside, but as the person responsible for keeping everything running. That operational depth is what Vestri brings to every client engagement.

"Most IT advisory firms tell you what to do. I've actually done it — solo, at scale, under real organizational pressure. That's a different kind of credibility."

Eric founded Vestri Advisory to give mid-size organizations access to the kind of strategic, aligned IT partnership that large enterprises take for granted — without the conflict of interest built into the traditional MSP model.

Our operating principles

1

We build toward our own irrelevance

Every engagement is designed to increase your internal capability — because a client that needs us less is a successful outcome, not a failed one. That's the opposite of how MSPs are built: the average MSP contract runs 2.1 years with built-in auto-renewal, because dependency is the product. At Vestri, the exit is always yours.

2

We document everything

Every vendor relationship, configuration, credential, and decision gets documented so it belongs to you — not to us. You should never be dependent on our institutional knowledge.

3

We never recommend what we're paid to sell

Vestri does not participate in vendor reseller programs, referral arrangements, or affiliate structures. Our recommendations are based solely on your needs.

4

We match our engagement to your reality

There's no minimum package. If a monthly check-in call is what your team needs, that's what we provide. Right-sized means actually sized to your situation.

Let's talk about your situation.

No sales pitch. A straight conversation about your current IT setup and whether Vestri is the right fit.
